1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between the platform 77ff (hereinafter "77ff", "Platform", or "we") and the user ("You" or "User") governing the use of all services available at 77ff.best, including Sports Betting, online casino, Live Casino, poker, jackpots, crash games, and other entertainment products offered on the platform.
Simply accessing the platform, registering an account, or using any feature constitutes full and unrestricted acceptance of these Terms. The Terms are supplemented by the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling, which also form part of the agreement between you and 77ff.
These Terms may be updated periodically. When significant changes are made, you will be notified by email or via a platform notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Eligibility and Registration
2.1 Registration requirements
To create an account at 77ff, the user must:
- Be at least 18 years of age as of the registration date;
- Be a resident of Brazil or be physically located in the country at the time of use;
- Hold a valid CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) registered in your own name;
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during the registration process;
- Not have had an account previously closed by 77ff for violation of these Terms.
2.2 One account per user
Each user may hold only one active account on 77ff. Creating multiple accounts with the same CPF, using third-party CPFs, or using any other method to circumvent this restriction is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same user, all accounts involved will be closed and any balances obtained through improperly used bonuses or promotions will be withheld.
2.3 Credential responsibility
You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. 77ff is not responsible for financial losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by the user's failure to keep their credentials secure. 3. Identity Verification (KYC)
The 77ff is legally required to verify users' identities as part of its anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing obligations (AML/CTF). Identity verification (commonly known as KYC — Know Your Customer) may be requested at any time and is mandatory in the following situations:
- Withdrawals above R$ 500.00 (five hundred BRL);
- Jackpot prize withdrawals of any amount;
- When the monitoring system detects unusual transaction patterns;
- At the discretion of 77ff's compliance team, in any situation that warrants identity confirmation.
Documents typically requested include: a government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport) and proof of address issued within the last 90 days. The verification process is handled by the support team at 77ff with active communication and a defined timeline — typically completed within 48 hours of document submission.
4. Deposits and Payments
4.1 Accepted methods
The 77ff accepts the following deposit methods for Brazilian players:
- Pix — confirmation within 30 seconds, available 24 hours a day including holidays;
- Boleto bancário — funds cleared within 1 business day after payment;
- Credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Elo);
- PicPay;
- Mercado Pago;
- TED transfers via major banks: Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa Econômica Federal, and other institutions with a registered Pix key.
4.2 Minimum deposit and currency
The minimum deposit at 77ff is BRL 20.00 (twenty reais). All amounts are processed exclusively in Brazilian reais (BRL). There is no currency conversion — you deposit in R$, play in R$, and withdraw in R$.
4.3 Third-Party Deposits
Deposits made from bank accounts belonging to third parties — whether family members, friends, or anyone other than the account holder at 77ff. Deposits identified as coming from third parties will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
5. Withdrawals
5.1 Processing Time
Pix withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes of the request, provided the withdrawal meets standard criteria and there are no pending identity verification requirements. The 77ff processes withdrawals 7 days a week, including weekends and national holidays. Processing times are not affected by the time of day.
5.2 Minimum and maximum withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal is R$ 20.00 (twenty BRL). Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by VIP level and are available in your account settings. Grand or Major jackpot prize withdrawals above R$ 50,000.00 may be processed in installments agreed upon between the user and 77ff's finance team.
5.3 Account holder's bank account
Withdrawals are only processed to bank accounts registered under the same CPF as the platform account 77ff. We do not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances. This policy exists to protect users from fraud and to fulfill AML/CFT legal obligations.
5.4 Real balance vs. bonus balance
The platform keeps real-money balance (from deposits and winnings from real-money play) and bonus balance separate. Withdrawals can only be requested from the real-money balance. Bonus balance is converted to real-money balance once the rollover requirement for the applicable promotion has been met.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
6.1 General Bonus Terms
All promotions from 77ff are subject to specific terms available on the promotions page before activation. By activating any bonus, the user confirms they have read and accepted the conditions of that promotion. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are:
- One welcome bonus per CPF — regardless of how many accounts have been created;
- The rollover is calculated on the bonus amount received, not on the combined total of the deposit plus the bonus, unless otherwise stated in the promotion;
- During the rollover period, the maximum bet per slots spin is R$ 25.00 and per single sports bet is R$ 100.00;
- Bonuses not completed within their validity period are automatically canceled with no further notice;
- The user may cancel an active bonus at any time — upon cancellation, the bonus balance is removed and only the real balance remains available.
6.2 Bonus Abuse Policy
The 77ff monitors betting patterns to detect promotional abuse. Behaviors such as betting on opposing outcomes to meet rollover requirements with minimal risk (hedge betting), creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, or any other practice that constitutes abuse of promotional terms will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account closure.
7. Sports Betting
7.1 Bet Validity
A bet is valid and final from the moment the user confirms their selection and the confirmation is displayed on screen. Confirmed bets cannot be canceled or modified, except when live cashout is available for that specific bet and the user chooses to use it before the event ends.
7.2 Bet cancellation by 77ff
The 77ff reserves the right to cancel bets in the following situations:
- Obvious error in published odds (price clearly incorrect relative to the market);
- Event canceled, suspended, or postponed by more than 48 hours from the original date;
- Identified irregularities suggesting manipulation of results (match-fixing);
- A systemic technical failure affecting the integrity of the bet.
If a bet is canceled by 77ff, the wagered amount will be fully refunded to the user's real balance within 24 hours.
7.3 Sports and market coverage
The 77ff offers Sports Betting on football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, Sul-Americana, Paulistão, Carioca, and other leagues), UFC and MMA, NBB basketball, Nations League volleyball, e-sports (CS2, CBLOL, VALORANT), and more. Market and event availability may vary, and 77ff reserves the right to suspend markets at any time for operational or integrity reasons.
7.4 Odds and Changes
The odds available on the platform reflect the estimated probabilities for each outcome and may change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds that apply to a bet are always those displayed at the moment the user confirms it. Bets that have already been confirmed are not affected by any subsequent odds changes.
8. Casino & Games
The casino games available on the 77ff — including slots, live casino, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, poker, crash games, and others — are provided by licensed third-party providers with mechanisms audited by independent entities. 77ff does not control and cannot influence the outcome of any casino game.
The RTP (return to player) for each slot is available in the game information section within the platform. Live Casino games are streamed in real time by human dealers and follow the standard international rules for each game type. Any technical failure during a live game session is logged, and if a loss to the user is confirmed, the balance is restored following review by the support team.
9. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 77ff and may result in immediate account suspension, balance withholding, and reporting to the relevant authorities:
- Using software, bots, scripts, or any automation to play or place bets on the platform;
- Deliberately exploiting technical vulnerabilities or system errors;
- Placing bets on outcomes that are already known (insider information betting);
- Creating accounts with false or third-party documents or information;
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity;
- Harass, threaten, or insult other users or support team members;
- Attempting to circumvent responsible gambling tools through multiple accounts or any other method;
- Filing unwarranted chargebacks on credit cards after using the funds on the platform.
10. Account Closure and Suspension
10.1 Account closure by the user
You can request account closure at any time via live chat or email. Any pending real-money balance will be processed normally before closure. Bonus balance with an incomplete rollover is canceled upon account closure.
10.2 Account closure by 77ff
The 77ff reserves the right to suspend or close accounts without prior notice in cases of violation of these Terms. In cases of closure due to a violation, balances obtained through prohibited conduct may be withheld while the matter is investigated. Real-money balances that were deposited and not involved in prohibited conduct will be returned to the user once the investigation is complete.
10.3 Self-Exclusion
Users who wish to self-exclude for responsible gambling reasons may request voluntary self-exclusion directly in their account settings or through support. During the self-exclusion period, account access is blocked and 77ff commits to not sending promotional communications to self-excluded users.
11. Limitation of Liability
The 77ff is not responsible for financial losses resulting from:
- Outcomes of Sports Betting or casino games, which are inherently uncertain;
- Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failures, including internet providers and payment systems;
- Unauthorized access to the user's account resulting from the user's failure to protect their credentials;
- Betting decisions made based on information published by third parties, including tips and analyses available on the platform itself, which are provided for informational purposes only and do not guarantee any outcome.
The total liability of 77ff to any user, under any circumstance, is limited to the real balance available in the user's account at the time of the event that gave rise to the claim.
12. Privacy and Data Protection (LGPD)
The processing of personal data by 77ff is governed by the Privacy Policy, available at 77ff.best/privacy-policy, and by the General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018). As a data subject, you are guaranteed the following rights:

- Deletion of data processed based on your consent;
